P3 Health Partners is a physician-led healthcare organization built around value-based care — putting seniors at the center of everything. As Creative Manager for their in-house creative agency, I was responsible for building and executing the full creative output of the brand across two years, two new markets, and every channel in between.
The scope was broad by design. Direct mail campaigns, digital banner ads, landing pages, email campaigns, event shoot direction, print materials, and brand expansion into California and Florida — each new market needed its own identity rooted in the P3 system. I co-directed, edited, and provided motion graphics for 20 video assets shot at a studio in Las Vegas — patient and doctor testimonials that needed to feel as genuine as the relationships they were capturing. They did. P3 saw an 80% increase in seniors enrolling in their annual wellness program as a result of the campaign.
What stayed with me most was watching seniors talk about their primary care providers. The trust in the room was real. Our job was to put that on screen without sanitizing it — to make healthcare creative that felt human, not clinical. That's the work I'm most proud of on this one.
