Clover is one of the leading POS systems in the country — a serious client for any agency to land. At Centerfield, I led the design team through the pitch: concept development, pitch deck, presented work. We won the business. Then came the fun part — actually delivering on everything we promised.
As Visual Design Manager and Art Director, I owned creative across the entire customer journey. At the top of the funnel, static and motion graphics for global social campaigns. In the middle, personalized hyper-contextual landing pages built around user qualifications — what kind of business are you, what city are you in, what do you need from a POS system? Every answer triggered a different experience. We built and A/B tested multiple versions to find what converted. At the bottom, email automation flows — abandoned cart sequences, auto-responders, lifecycle marketing — and SMS concepts designed to close the loop.
I also led the UX work: self-service user flows, product qualification steps, sales channel architecture, deep link integration, and e-commerce integration. This wasn't one deliverable. It was an entire growth engine — designed, built, and iterated on across 2024 and 2025. And it started with a pitch we won.
