When I joined in December 2024, I came in as Creative Director with one mission: replace the old way of making ads with something faster, smarter, and built for scale.

I architected and led a full AI creative pipeline from the ground up — scripting, voiceover, static production, video generation, and final edit — all powered by AI. We're talking concept to deliverable in a fraction of the time traditional production would take. 40–60% faster. And the work performs — averaging 30%+ ROI on ad spend across social and CTV campaigns.

Beyond the output, I built the system. Trained and mentored the team on AI workflows, established creative testing frameworks across landing pages, UGC, and acquisition funnels, and partnered with media buyers and analytics to close the loop between creative decisions and performance data. 10% YoY CTR growth and 20% YoY ROAS improvement aren't accidents — they're what happens when creative and data actually talk to each other.
