T-Mobile: Full Funnel Creative

As Manager of Visual Design at Centerfield — one of the leading customer acquisition agencies in the country — T-Mobile was one of our biggest clients. I owned their creative from top to bottom. Not just one piece of the funnel. The whole thing.

At the top: social ads that actually stop the scroll. Video and motion graphics built to drive clicks and pull users into the journey. In the middle: custom lead flows rebuilt from scratch around T-Mobile's qualifying questions, wireframes updated for clarity, and a flagship "Switch" landing page redesigned and scaled for desktop, tablet, and mobile. At the bottom: email creative designed to close the loop and convert.

I led the design team through all of it — art directing, designing, and directing motion — while staying locked into T-Mobile's established brand system. Magenta is a religion over there, and we respected it. The goal was always the same: move users through the funnel faster and convert more of them at every step.
